I had a great time during my stay. The beach was beautiful and the food options were enjoyable. However, things got a bit chaotic when more local guests arrived on the weekends, which affected the overall atmosphere. The service was good but there were some inconsistencies, especially during busier times. Overall, it's a nice resort, but just be prepared for the weekend crowd.

After seven visits, I'm genuinely disappointed with my recent stay. While the resort used to be a favorite, the quality and service have noticeably declined. The atmosphere is still nice, but the room upgrades didn't meet expectations and the dining options felt repetitive and lukewarm. It seems like value for money has dropped significantly, making it hard for me to recommend it anymore.

I had a lovely time at the VH Gran Ventana! The resort is clean and the beaches are stunning. The food was fantastic, especially the variety at the buffet. The atmosphere was great, but the entertainment left a bit to be desired. The beds were on the hard side, making it less comfortable for sleeping. Overall, I’d definitely return, perhaps with some extra padding for the mattress!
